Inspired by the timeless principles of Dieter Rams, Lambent focuses on the essentials, embracing clean and minimalist designs that resonate with elegance and simplicity. Our meticulous attention to detail ensures that every product we create is not only of the highest quality but also thoughtfully designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. Lambent's showroom, which we call our "experience lab," embodies our innovative spirit and belief in the power of collaboration. Inspired by the design of a fashion boutique, our 2,000-square-foot experience lab is more than just a display of products; it's a space that seamlessly blends art, fashion, design, and culture. It invites our clientele to experience, feel our products, showcasing how our lighting enhances and complements art, furniture, and interior spaces.
We strongly believe in creating synergies with collaborators from different mediums, fostering business opportunities that extend beyond the showroom. Our experience lab offers collaborators the opportunity to use spaces as pop-up stores, host meetings with friends, family, and clients, or set up symposium events. Every aspect of the experience lab is meticulously curated to tell a unique story, creating a multi-instagrammable environment that leaves a lasting impression on all who visit. Our goal is to engage, inspire, and captivate our audience, offering an unforgettable experience that transcends the ordinary.
To initiate a return, email support@lambentlabs.co with your invoice number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Return transport is the customer’s responsibility. Alternatively, a pickup service can be arranged at a quoted fee.
Refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged items will be processed upon inspection, provided the issue is reported within 14 days of delivery.
Items that are damaged from misuse, incorrect installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered. Warranty claims must be submitted within the coverage period and are subject to Lambent Co Pte Ltd’s inspection and approval.
To make a warranty claim, email support@lambentlabs.co with your invoice number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. Items must be made available for inspection.
If the defect is verified, a one-for-one exchange will be arranged, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund of the item value will be issued. Transportation for exchanges can be arranged at a service charge.
Lambent Co Pte Ltd’s liability is limited to the original product cost and excludes indirect or consequential damages. All goods remain the property of Lambent Co Pte Ltd until full payment is received.

SALES AND REFUND
If a customer returns an eligible purchased item, requests a return within 14 days of delivery or collection, and returns the item in unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase, the sales transaction will be adjusted accordingly. The refund will then be credited to the customer’s nominated bank account within 14 working days after inspection. Shipping charges and any applicable service fees will be deducted. Customized items are non-returnable. We offer a 3-year on-site warranty for standard lighting products and a 1-year on-site warranty for smart products.
